By using Nexega (nexega.com), you agree to these terms with Nexega, operated as a sole-proprietor brand (legal seller name: Nexega). Nexega provides a modular SaaS super-app platform where you subscribe to workspace plans and install individual modules under a single account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized access.
Paid plans and modules renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are charged in USD unless a local gateway is used. When Paddle is enabled, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions (tax invoicing and payment processing). Fees are refundable according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice on the Pricing page.
You may not use Nexega for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Nexega is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
