By using Nexega, you agree to these terms. Nexega provides a modular super-app platform where you subscribe to and use individual modules under a single account.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans and modules renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nexega for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Nexega is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
